Cleveland Rotary Club
Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million neighbours, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.
ABOUT US:

Formed in 1968, Cleveland Rotary Club has been an active presence across Teesside for 55 years. Members fundraise, advise, volunteer and advocate for good causes close to home and abroad. Rooted in our local community, with a membership drawn from all walks of life, we are a talented and generous group of people for whom the motto service above self, rings as true today as it did in 1968.

WHY OUR WORK MATTERS:

We work with other charities and organisations to help them. So when you volunteer with Cleveland Rotary you are always volunteering to help a local, national or international charity.

We are open to supporting new causes so if you would like to talk to us about a charity close to your heart, get in touch!

OUR VALUES:
Service above self
For more than 110 years, Rotary's people of action have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects. From literacy and peace to water and health, we are always working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.
THINGS WE ARE PROUD OF:
We are welcoming, inclusive and generous. A Rotarian will always help if they can.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN OUR PEOPLE:

Positive minded, kind, thoughtful, energetic and enthusiastic people are always welcome...

Our opportunities are most often one-off events aimed at bringing people and communities together. Whether it be fundraising or event management, there is something for everyone.
