The Volun-tees Impact Programme (VIP) Boards have been set up to help develop a range of volunteering opportunities which can enhance student volunteering and employability skills.
The aim is to have volunteers from different areas of expertise and interests to work together on organisation projects which can be either on or off University campus.
There are five areas of interest available for students to participate in. Sport, Fundraising, Youth, Marketing and Media and Community Action. By submitting a proposal to us, the VIP Boards will take the lead of developing the volunteering opportunity. This could be for example organising a Sport Fun Day, an awareness raising campaign or fundraising event.
If you are interested in submitting a proposal to the VIP Boards, please complete and return the attached Proposal Form. The Chairs of the VIP Boards will meet to discuss proposals and then contact organisations regarding the support they can give.
