Volun-tees Impact Programme for students - VIPs

Fancy leading a volunteering project? Want to be a VIP? There are six VIP boards available with themes around : Sport, Fundraising, Youth, Media and Marketing, Health and Community Action. VIPs will engage students in all aspects of volunteering within the local and University Community. If you would like to set up a project with other volunteers, or follow a project idea from an external organisation, the Boards are here for you.

VIPs will be led by a Student Chair who will liaise with the Volunteer Co-ordinator to help develop activities and all volunteers will be provided with full training, support and recognition for taking part. There'll be celebration event later in the year, along with awards for outstanding volunteers!

So - whether you want to lead a children's project, produce a DVD, help with the homeless or raise money for local charities - we can give you all the help and support you need.
