Do Good, Feel Good: Decorating the Unicorn Centre for Christmas

What You'll Do:

Wednesday 26th November

Meet at the Student Life Building reception at 12:45pm

Travel to the Unicorn Centre (Transport provided, should take around 15 minutes)

When The Unicorn Centre asked for our festive help again, we knew this would make the perfect Do Good, Feel Good opportunity. The Unicorn Centre, a registered charity, it is a purpose built riding for the disabled facility which offers riding therapy and learning and training opportunities for over 150 disabled adults and children from the Tees Valley area each week.

They need our help to decorate their indoor arena to create a magical Christmas themed course for our annual Pony Rides to Santa and Christmas Fair event. There will be lots and lots of Christmas trees to assemble and decorate and chalk drawing our arena walls with a festive theme.

Refreshments will be offered (the best cake around!).

We will then get picked up at 3:45pm, returning to campus at around 4pm.

Why You'll Love It:
What's not to love - Christmas Decorations, Festive Tunes and a fantastic afternoon spent with other volunteers transforming the Centre.
