Research current state of Middlesbrough in terms of Doughnut Economics categories of ecological planetary boundaries and social foundation (SDGs). Visualise and present in blogs and social media. Great opportunity to showcase your skills.

What You'll Do: 

Follow the Doughnut Economics Action Lab's methodology of creating data portrait, and engaging stakeholders for continuous improvements. Research and find indicators of each categories - e.g. education, housing, political voice, health food etc. of Middlesbrough in comparison to national/international average/mean.  Assess if we are 'Thriving' within the Doughnut.  Research initiatives, community organisations contrinuting to the positive progress in each area.  Visualise findings and create blog/social media content.  If you feel strongly about a particular category, this may be a starting point of your new project if you are also interested in project management.
