Roles and Responsibilities

Registration Team

Greet participants, check them in, and hand out welcome packs, t-shirts & torches. Your friendly face will set the tone for a memorable night.

Route Marshals

Paired up with another volunteer you will ensure participants stay safe and on track by directing them along the route. You’ll be a vital point of contact, offering encouragement and assistance as needed.

Cheer Squad

Based in our Registration Area you will boost morale at our glitter station, wave off our participants when they leave and welcome them back as they return. Your energy and enthusiasm will keep spirits high!

Pack-up Crew

Once the event concludes, help us to take down decorations, pack-up equipment, and leave the venue spotless.
