We are looking for a competent Volunteer Community Coordinator to join our team.

What You'll Learn: 
What you would be involved in and learn to do?   Build a positive volunteering culture by engaging, motivating, supporting, and developing the network of volunteers Be an active member of the Community Team, supporting the Community Manager i Recruit, manage, develop, and support a team of effective Supervisors, supporting them to build effective Units Support Unit Leadership Teams to run an effective Unit and to build an effective team Work collaboratively with Functions to support Units to deliver agreed goals Ensure effective people management practices are undertaken with their team such as 1:1s and Volunteer Development Reviews Support the Unit Leadership Team by liaising with all functions to solve any problems and issues. Recognise and reward the contribution of Volunteers Ensure policies and procedures are complied with.
What We're Looking For: 
Basic knowledge of different recruiting methods Some knowledge in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Working knowledge of databases and MS Office (especially Excel) Experience using recruiting tools desireable but not esstential Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills
