You will gather and organise a range of data about the town of Hartlepool – using local and national official sources, such as the Office for National Statistics. SUITABLE FOR WE MODULE
You will gather a range of demographic data about people living in Hartlepool – using official sources, such as the Office for National Statistics. Charities often need to understand local demographics such as population, levels of disability, un/employment and population health. The core challenge of this role will be to locate and present these demographics in a simple, easily understood format. You will join the Hartlepower team of community workers, based in Hartlepool – working flexibly, either online or in our friendly office. The project is open ended – as there’s potentially a great deal of data available – but we’re asking for a minimum of 20-30 hours in total, though you could do more if you wished. There will be no pressure to meet targets – we want you to do as much as you comfortably can in the time you’re able to give to us. There will be as much help and support as you need – your mentor will be on hand to discuss the project, answer your questions and listen to your ideas. We'd like you to make a contribution to shaping the finished product.
