Safeguarding and personal development are at the core of this role, with ongoing training to help you grow professionally. With a passion for making a difference, you’ll be part of a dynamic team driving real change in the lives of young people.

The role you undertake at the youth clubs can be directly reflective of your unique skill set, whether in research and data collection, delivering engaging activities, or creating marketing and media resources. If you possess specialised skills or talents, the Project Support Officer will work closely with you to develop a tailored volunteering programme that can maximise your contributions. This personalised approach ensures that your expertise not only enhances the impact of the youth club but also supports the wider goals of the organisation, offering a fulfilling and dynamic volunteer experience.
