FareShare North East works in partnership with the UK's largest food redistribution charity, FareShare UK, to source and redistribute quality, good-to-eat surplus food which would otherwise have gone to waste.

What You'll Do: 

Driver's Assistant - Our drivers always need some company on the road and an extra pair of hands when delivering the food! You will help load and unload the vans and assist the driver with navigation and planning routes. We require a full day (4-6 hours) and regular commitment.

What We're Looking For: 
We are looking for anyone who can spare a few hours a week and can say 'Yes' to the following: - Good at map reading and able to use a Sat Nav system - Able to perform physical tasks including lifting and loading - Positive, friendly and personable, able to interact well with different people - Adaptable – managing surplus can be unpredictable so day to day tasks can vary
