What You'll Do:

Location:  Teesside Hospice Trading Offices. 410 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, TS5 6HF

Time Requirement:  1-5 day per week

DBS Check needed? No

Age Requirements: From 18 years old plus

Role Summary: The Role is to support the fundraising team with administrative support, such as producing thank you letters, helping with event administration.

 

What we need you to do:

  • Assist with the production of thank you letters to our supporters.
  • Taking post to Post Office, when appropriate.
  • Assist with preparation for events as required.
  • Keeping internal information confidential and respecting staff members.
  • Communicating when not able to attend a shift.

 

What you need to bring to the role

  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
