The Volunteer Operations Assistant will support the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of Step Ahead Project, assisting with events, coordination, and general organisational tasks to help the organisation run effectively.

Duties:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the operations
- Assist with planning and coordination of events and activities
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks
- Be a friendly and approachable presence for staff, volunteers, and families
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and operations
