The Liberty Project in A Way Out are currently recruiting female volunteers to work alongside staff and volunteers providing Evening Outreach to our clients who are on street sex workers or at risk of sexual exploitation.

What You'll Do: 

The team currently go out two nights a week in our outreach van offering direct support to women whilst they are sex working on streets across Stockton and Middlesbrough.   The team focus on women’s safety, provide them with harm reduction packs, provide information about other agencies that can support them and importantly give them some time and a listening ear over a warm drink and a snack.

What You'll Learn: 
We provide bespoke training to all our volunteers, which will give you the tools needed in this role. You will gain valuable experience of working in a specialised area. All volunteers will be supported by the Liberty Team Leader. You will be re-imbursed for travel expenses.
