We deliver sessions to families in locations throughout Redcar and Cleveland.
Volunteers support our Forest and Beach School Leader as they deliver sessions.

What You'll Do:

Work under the supervision of the Forest and Beach School Leader to set up and pack away equipment and resources.

Support families to engage in the session.

Dispaly a positive attitude to the outdoors and all weathers, care about the environment and our protection and treatment of it.

Communicate effectively with children and adults, including children with additional needs.

Why You'll Love It:
You get to be outdoors in some wonderful local places which is good for your own well-being too.
What You'll Learn:
You will learn more about the flora and fauna in each area and about the Forest School ethos.
What We're Looking For:
Somemone who is ok with children taking supported risks and recognises the importance of this. Someone who respects nature. Someone who is a good communicator with both children and adults, including those with additional needs. Someone who is happy to be outside in all weathers and embraces the changing seasons. Those who are afraid of creepy crawlies need not apply.
